Shipping policy

ALL ITEMS ARE SENT TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR USING ROYAL MAIL.

Once items are sent a tracking number will be issued.

Proof of postage is kept for all orders.  Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any postal delays or lost items, or any additional courier/postage/overseas tax charges upon delivery.  

If any item arrives damaged via mail please contact me immediately.

All jewellery is packed and sent in a complementary high quality leatherette presentation box to keep the jewellery in top condition during transit. It is also luxury storage if keeping for yourself or gifting. Please note the size of presentation boxes may vary to those in the photos depending on the availability of the boxes at the time of purchase.
